DESCRIPTION:JCA is pleased to invite you to a series of four Maricopa County Justice Reinvestment Grant Info Sessions happening in October 2023. We are offering 4 opportunities (2 in-person and 2-virtual) to get important information to help your organization prepare for the RFP scheduled for release on Oct 16th. \n\n\nProposition 207\, the Smart and Safe Arizona Act\, was passed by voters in 2020. In addition to legalizing adult recreational use of marijuana\, it created a Justice Reinvestment Fund using 10% of the sales tax on state sales of recreational cannabis.
